Key Holding Service

 

We offer a safe and secure key holding service for your peace of mind at all times.  Our annual fee is inclusive of three visits or call-outs to your property.  Each visit thereafter would be at an additional cost.  

 

As a precautionary measure, in the event of  a ‘gota fria’ (extremely severe storm/heavy rainfall), as in October 2007, a visit to your property would be carried out to allay the concerns of the owner, and us as your representatives, and this would be provided free of charge.
