Why is it beneficial to have one company to take on all your maintenance, gardening and cleaning needs?

Making sure your villa or apartment has a professional image is one of the most important aspects of the day to day running of a successful rental period.
Unfortunately this isn't always easy as it's not just a question of needing to keep your premises clean and tidy. You also need to think about the question of regular maintenance to make sure that even the smallest jobs - such as changing faulty light bulbs for example - are taken care of without you needing to worry about them.
 
With regular cleaning, general wear and tear leading to maintenance issues and perhaps even gardening work to worry about, it's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that you need to employ three different companies with individual strengths in each area.

The other main benefit can be seen in the long term. Your needs may well change over time and if you are relying on a single company to take care of all your maintenance, gardening and cleaning requirements you will find it much easier to add a particular service to your overall requirements, or perhaps take one away if it is no longer needed. If you were using different companies you might be faced with the position of having to recruit a whole different company to do a job your current ones wouldn't be able to handle.
